1. Check if Voice Navigation is muted in Apple Maps

  1. Enter navigation mode in Maps.
    Just Enter a Location, choose your Mode of Transport, and select GO.
  2. Tap the voice navigation icon.

2. Check your iPhone’s volume level

One of the most basic things is to check the volume level of your iPhone. Maybe it is too low that you can’t listen to it in a proper way. So, it is advised to increase the volume level of your iPhone. This may resolve your issue.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

3. Force quit and restart Maps

7. Enable Background App Refresh for Maps

By default, voice navigation in maps can work in background or even in case of locked device. But sometimes, it doesn’t work properly when we close it. Then you just need to ensure that Background App Refresh for Maps is enabled.
